A Few Words From Us
Stephanie is an admirable person. One of the things I admire most about her is her strong and independent spirit. She faces life with courage and confidence, which inspires me every single day. What makes her even more special to me is the way she thinks about our future together. Her mindset about building a life side by side fills me with hope and excitement for everything we will achieve as partners. Beyond that, her kindness toward others truly touches my heart. She’s always ready to help someone in need or stand up for someone who needs support. Her compassion and genuine heart are just a few of the many reasons why I love and appreciate her so deeply. I’m incredibly grateful to walk through life with someone like her by my side.
Andy has been my partner for almost ten years now. He’s such a joyful person with an amazing sense of humor — and whenever I’m with him, I suddenly become “disabled” (just kidding! 😄). But truly, Andy is one of the gentlest people I know. To me, he is the total package — my best friend, my partner, and my greatest love. He matches my energy in a way that feels effortless and natural. Sometimes we don’t even know how we got here, but we’ve enjoyed every step of the journey together. Andy still asks me out on dates, even when there’s no special occasion, and those little moments mean the world to me. We treat each other not only as partners but also as best friends who simply enjoy being together. At the end of the day, we’re really just vibing through life — and that’s what makes us us. 💖
From First Glance To Forever
First Encounter
Our story began in the most unexpected way — at a nearby parking area connected to our family’s jeepney business. I was assigned to collect the daily boundary, and after finishing my rounds, I would ride my motorcycle home. One day, some of the money accidentally fell on the road. Thankfully, someone returned it to me. I didn’t recognize their faces at the time, but one of them was Andy. Through mutual friends, he found me on Facebook and sent me a message. I only noticed it a month later — but that message was the beginning of everything.
Growing Up Together
Not long after we started chatting, Andy asked me to be his girlfriend on April 12, 2016. We were only 15 and 16 years old, just two teenagers discovering life and love together. Our years were filled with simple but unforgettable moments — food trips, motorcycle rides to different provinces, and countless memories shared side by side. Like any journey, we also faced challenges. During our sixth year together, we went through a difficult time and separated for a while. But even through the distance, we realized that our story wasn’t over. After many months, we chose each other again and continued building the life we dreamed of together.
The Proposal
On December 31, 2024, while everyone was preparing to welcome the New Year, Andy had a different plan in mind. I had no idea what was coming. I thought he was simply busy preparing food for the celebration while I spent part of the day visiting my mom at the cemetery, who had passed away the year before. When I arrived at my grandmother’s house, I was completely surprised. Andy had prepared everything and gathered my whole family so they could witness the moment. As the year was about to change, he asked me the most important question of our lives — and of course, I said yes. And now, just before celebrating our 10th anniversary together, we are finally beginning our forever as husband and wife.
